Cardio is an awesome tool when used correctly. Cardio is used methodically and as a fat burning tool. This is adjusted week to week to work with your metabolism and your goals. Cardio is adjusted by the minute and by the session and just like our training plan it is constantly adjusted to keep the body from adapting. This is adjusted weekly as need be to keep the fat burning process consistent. You will not be killed with cardio on this plan and this tool will only be used the way that it should be which is minimally and effectively.
Supplements
An entire recommended supplement guide will be provided. These are all natural supplements that I have tried and use personally. All supplements are paired with the nutritional program for maximized results as once the nutrition is perfected, that is when we get the most benefits from supplements. Food Specific Meal Plan
With this meal plan option I customize our daily macro numbers into an exact food specific meal plan based on food sources that are both nutritious and that the client prefers. This yields the same exact results as a standard macro plan, only with this option I do all of the food measuring for the client and list these alongside of each meals food source. The client and I go over all of the foods together. I provide a list of both nutritious and healthy food sources for overall health and we choose from both these sources as well as any sources that the client personally enjoys. This ranges from anything from your favorite candy bar to gummy bears! All sources can be calculated personally by me and added into our daily plan for the client to enjoy while progressing. This is for a clients’ convenience so they literally do not have to concern themselves with numbers. This is great for anyone with a busy on the go lifestyle! Because this takes much longer to do and requires quite a bit more work this is a separate package. This option also includes a nutrient breakdown just like normal macro plans, which shows how many carbohydrates, proteins, fats and fiber each person is taking in on a daily basis.
