Food Specific Meal Plan


With this meal plan option I customize our daily macro numbers into an exact food specific meal plan based on food sources that are both nutritious and that the client prefers. This yields the same exact results as a standard macro plan, only with this option I do all of the food measuring for the client and list these alongside of each meals food source. The client and I go over all of the foods together. I provide a list of both nutritious and healthy food sources for overall health and we choose from both these sources as well as any sources that the client personally enjoys. This ranges from anything from your favorite candy bar to gummy bears! All sources can be calculated personally by me and added into our daily plan for the client to enjoy while progressing. This is for a clients’ convenience so they literally do not have to concern themselves with numbers. This is great for anyone with a busy on the go lifestyle! Because this takes much longer to do and requires quite a bit more work this is a separate package. This option also includes a nutrient breakdown just like normal macro plans, which shows how many carbohydrates, proteins, fats and fiber each person is taking in on a daily basis. I am here for you 24/7 via email. This includes unlimited email communication as well as video interaction. I answer all emails as soon as possible and am prompt to make sure all questions get responded with detailed answers. Part of this process is educating and I take this seriously! I’m here for motivation and accountability and provide a private group via Facebook in order to share motivation and support connecting all of my clients. We all work together in reaching our goals and sharing progress on a day to day basis. I also provide training videos and communicative videos directly to you. There are no templates and no recordings, as everything we do will be live. There is nothing I don’t provide!

  • I first contacted Mind & Matter about coaching in June 2016. I Had put on 25lbs rather quickly and wanted to get back to a healthy lifestyle. From the first email I’ve been so impressed with my coach Mikey. His response time to questions and check-ins, the detail of his responses, how much he cares about me and my success, and his professionalism have amazed me. Since starting with him my transformation has gone beyond the scale. My weight has decreased, yes, but my mind and body have strengthened. I am more confident in me! I am learning how and what I need to do personally to ensure continued success. Mikey has given me so much more than weight loss and I am so thankful for his guidance!

  • I have always been very petite. Always underweight. Always treated like the baby, like at any moment I would break. I got tired of people looking down on me and treating me like I was sick. As if it was my fault that my genes made me the way I am. Despite being so small my whole life I was always very healthy, with quite an appetite. And I got to a point that if I heard one more person tell me to eat a sandwich (when in reality I could eat them all under the table) I thought I would going to lose it. And then the car accident happened. I was hit by a truck from behind while stopped in traffic on the highway. He hit me so hard, he smashed my car into the truck in front of me and I was unable to get out of my vehicle. If it weren’t for my seatbelt and airbags I could have been in much worse shape than I was. When I was riding in the passenger side of the new car and realized that the airbag was turned off due to not enough weight in the seat, I knew it was time for a change. I knew I had to do whatever it took to put some weight on in a healthy way. Then I tried some weights and I quickly started to get some shape to me, but still wasn’t quite sure what I was doing. And then came Mikey!!! My savior. He helped me to set goals and reach them. Within a week of working with him I could see and feel a huge difference in myself. He was able to guide me through my workouts, give me a plan that worked, and support me through it. He checks in with me and encourages me, always pushing me to do a little more weight, go for a little bit longer, and try a little bit harder. I’ve come a long way and have quite a ways to go but I couldn’t have gotten where I am with him. I can’t wait to continue on my fitness journey and see just how far I can get!!

  • Amazing…this is the only word that comes to my mind when thinking of the whole mind and matter lifestyle that Mikey has put together in this program. With consistency and the right mind set of making this a lifestyle change it will work for ANYONE. Flexible dieting allows me to be able to eat things I want (in proportion of what fits in my macros) without feeling like I’m depriving myself of anything!

  • Mikey and the Mind & Matter Lifestyle has helped me tremendously. Prior to working with him, the only way that I knew how to lose weight was by eating an unhealthy amount of calories and do a lot of cardio. I would lose a lot of weight initially, and then I would just be stuck. It also didn’t take me very long to gain that weight right back after a few binges. Mikey has helped me to lose weight at a healthy pace and gain muscle. I am eating more than I ever have been able to before but I am losing weight and making huge improvements physically.
